Who are we?

Naia Collective was born from a deep friendship and a shared passion for traveling with intention, beauty, and purpose. We’re Marina and Daniela, two women who believe travel isn’t just about getting away—it’s about connection. To places, to people, and to yourself.

How did we start?

After years of traveling for fun, for work, and out of sheer curiosity, we realized we wanted to share what we’d learned: that travel can be beautiful, yes—but also conscious and deeply personal. Naia was born to be a bridge between the practical and the poetic, between the urge to move and the need to move with purpose.

What's our essence?

Naia is connection. It’s attention to detail. It’s soulful design and meaningful movement. We create personalized travel experiences, visual content that inspires, and resources that empower you to explore the world with open eyes and an open heart.

What do we offer?

From corporate or personal travel planning, to 1:1 travel advisory, to custom content creation for brands—we do it all with love, care, and the belief that travel should feel as good as it looks.

I’m Dani! Architect by profession, traveler by heart. Also a yogi, pilates lover, aries, and (almost always) the trip planner of the group. You know that person who ends up organizing everything when friends travel? That’s me, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m a highly sensitive soul, detail-oriented, curious, and endlessly adaptable, always ready for the next adventure. I love meeting new people on the road, sharing stories, and creating meaningful connections through travel.

Right now, I’m moving through a season of change, open to wherever life wants to take me, with curiosity as my compass.

I believe travel is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves. That belief (and a lot of dreaming) brought me here, alongside my best friend Mara, as we build something close to our hearts.

I hope this is the beginning of something special for you, too.

Marina Lázaro Díaz

Hi! I’m Marina. I’m an industrial engineer by profession and a digital nomad by choice, with a deep passion for travel, creativity, and projects that connect with people.

My experience in the startup world has taught me how to adapt, make quick decisions, and wear many hats, from amateur photographer and designer to project manager, accountant, public relations specialist, and more. I’m a sensitive, curious, adventurous person who isn’t fond of routine.

I love meeting new people, exploring different cultures, and diving into the unknown (even when it scares me). I firmly believe in trying things before saying no, and that philosophy has led me to incredible places and experiences, like this project I now share with Dani, my chosen sister, business partner, and adventure companion.
